Pansies On the Edge

No, the pansies are no longer in bloom. (At this time of year, I cannot do any gardening, just dream.) I haven't taken the time to upload new pictures from our recent trip to Lake Superior! So, our own body of water, the blue fountain in the garden, will have to suffice tonight. I'm sure I had more interesting ideas for writing, but if I did, they have fizzled.

How beautiful the difference from flower to flower. The water carries the flower to the edge of the fountain, and the water tumbles while the pansies hang on the edge. Is it a survival instinct? Ya sure, you betcha!
